1. Agreement and operator

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the independent casino hotel review website operated by Hotelreview Craft Inc., located at 220 Bay Street, Suite 1400, Toronto, Ontario, M5J 2W4, Canada. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

The website publishes editorial information about Canadian accommodation and destination experiences. It is not operated by a casino, hotel, online gaming service, travel agency, booking engine or payment provider.

14. Severability and complete agreement

If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the agreement governing website use.

A casino named in editorial content is not a party to these terms. No casino controls our contact form, no casino receives a reservation through this site, and no casino relationship is created merely by reading a review.
